First of all this week has been an interesting week if I could say in the least. Since Monday I have not been able to speak. Not even a word. I challenged myself to do it until Monday, the 7th. So I have been having some interesting games of charades. My family can be so clueless sometimes. When I wave telling them to read something out loud, by putting my hand in front of my mouth pretending to talk. They say.
"Oh dinner will be done soon honey." Or like my sister. "You have bad breath?!"

Well nonetheless I have had spectacular week. I recently (as in a few days ago) bought a Canon EOS, Rebel T1i. With the normal 18-55mm kit. I have been saving for that camera for a long time...
Soooo my dad says. I am going to take it back. I can't say anything but he says there is a deal so we can get some money back because of black Friday. Right? So when he got home he was freaking holding a three-by-two foot box. (FYI) The Rebel came in a puny six-by-twelve inch box. (roughly) Meaning that there was something big inside!!!

Inside was a $90.00 case, some software Cd's, and last but not least a EFS 55-250mm lens!!! (zoom lens for those who don't know what that is) Which is nearly $250.00 by itself! As you can imagine I am so freaking excited! Not only have I gotten my camera but I feel even more prepared for my photography career.

So this journal update is for those who will soon be seeing my pictures in DSLR! Instead of lame-o-nikon-5mp-o... I also have HD video! So I might actually think of trying to start film class.

Thankyee to all those who added and faved my pictures. Until then have a great December! Some may say this is a little late, but Thanksgiving is not the only time for us to be thankful. Be thankful you can speak. You can walk. Or eat.
If you don't feel happy try taking away one of those things for a few days. Trust me you'll see you have alot to be thankful for.
